NightRota is staffing operations software from DREAMPATH LTD for UK healthcare agencies. We are building it to help agencies capture additional staffing demand, start replacement cover and keep workers and care-home contacts informed after the office closes.
One conversation, with your agency behind it
Workers and authorised care-home contacts use their own WhatsApp to ask for additional staff, report a cancellation or ask about a rota or expected arrival. Agency coordinators use NightRota’s separate agency workspace to review conversations, handle exceptions and reply personally.
A care-home QR code helps someone find the correct site conversation. The agency still needs to verify who they are and what they are allowed to request. A QR code alone does not grant access to staffing information or authority to book.
WhatsApp connections
NightRota uses Twilio and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. The customer onboarding flow is being prepared so each agency can authorise its own business account and dedicated number. Workers and care-home contacts will not need a Twilio account or a Meta developer app.
Where we are today
The application is in controlled founder testing. Public agency registration, waiting-list collection and general staffing automation are not open. We are verifying the complete operational journeys before inviting an agency to activate live service. There is no public subscription or purchase commitment available here.
Cover depends on suitable workers being available and accepting the shift. An ETA is a worker’s report, not proof of attendance. NightRota does not provide clinical advice or guarantee staffing or financial outcomes.
