Request deletion of your NightRota data

DREAMPATH LTD operates NightRota. You can ask us to delete personal information held through NightRota, including information associated with a WhatsApp conversation or an authorised test account.

Send your request

Email givemorebaseradne2@outlook.com with the subject NightRota data deletion. Tell us the agency or test workspace involved, the email address or WhatsApp number you used, and which information you want deleted. If you do not know the agency name, explain how you used NightRota.

Do not include passwords, verification codes, identity documents or patient information in your initial email. We may ask for proportionate evidence to check that the request relates to you.

What happens next

We check your identity and the request’s scope, identify the records involved and explain the outcome. If an agency controls the staffing records, we coordinate with that agency. This is a reviewed request process, not an instant account-deletion button.

Some information may need to be retained where an applicable legal obligation or other lawful exception requires it. Our response will explain any such limitation and relevant backup or provider-retention restrictions. A deletion request does not automatically cancel a shift or change a booking; contact the responsible agency separately.

Disconnecting WhatsApp is different

Removing NightRota’s permissions in Meta affects the connection. It does not by itself delete records already held through NightRota. These instructions cover NightRota’s records; the agency’s other systems and messaging providers may hold separate copies under their own responsibilities.

You can use the same contact address to request access, correction or restriction, or to raise a privacy concern. You can also find information about your rights and complaints from the Information Commissioner’s Office.
