What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address, agency name, role, approximate staff-pool size and main operational priority. We also record the registration source or campaign tag, the date you registered and the permission you gave. We use this information to manage the waiting list, understand agency needs and contact you about NightRota early access or a pilot.

We rely on the consent you give in the registration form for this contact. You can withdraw it at any time using the contact above. Joining the waiting list does not commit you to a purchase.

Who processes the data

The hosting, database and form-protection providers will be listed here before public registration opens.

The deployment's data locations and any applicable international-transfer arrangements will be stated here before registration opens.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention when public registration is enabled. It processes technical information needed to check the request. We do not use this form to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

How long we keep it

Waiting-list records are kept for up to 180 days after registration unless you withdraw sooner. A later pilot or customer relationship will have its own information and terms. We do not keep expired waiting-list records indefinitely.

Your choices and rights

You can contact the operator to ask about your data, request access or correction, ask for erasure or restriction where applicable, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This notice covers the waiting list. Agency staff and client records used by the NightRota service require separate customer data-processing arrangements.
