Current availability

The website describes software being prepared for UK healthcare staffing agencies. Access to operational features is by invitation for controlled testing. Public customer registration, subscriptions and general staffing automation are not open. Visiting this website does not create a staffing order, subscription or payment obligation. A live agency service will require separately agreed service and data-processing arrangements.

Authorised participation

Use only the accounts, test contacts and records authorised for your test. Keep credentials private and report unexpected access to us. Do not impersonate another person, send unsolicited messages, bypass agency permissions, interfere with the service or upload records you have no authority to provide. A care-home QR code identifies a site; it does not give a person authority to access records or place bookings.

Testing and operational responsibility

Use synthetic staffing scenarios unless a separate supervised test expressly permits otherwise. A technical message, delivery receipt or test result is not proof of a real booking, worker suitability, attendance or income. Check operational information and involve the responsible coordinator where it is uncertain. Do not use this controlled test as your agency’s sole out-of-hours cover.

The service can make mistakes or be unavailable. It does not provide clinical advice or an emergency response service, and it does not guarantee that a suitable worker will accept a shift. An arrival estimate is a person’s report. Use the agency’s existing arrangements for actual staffing or care emergencies.

Information and privacy

The service privacy notice explains processing and your choices. Do not send patient-identifying information, medical records or secrets in test conversations. You retain your rights in information you provide; it is processed to operate the authorised service and for the purposes explained in that notice. Provider services, including WhatsApp, also have their own applicable terms.

Ending a test

You can ask to leave testing or stop messages using the contact above. We may suspend test access to protect accounts, investigate misuse or end the test. Ending access is separate from deleting stored information; use the deletion-request process for that. A test-access change does not cancel a real staffing arrangement held elsewhere.

Your legal rights

These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. They do not change an existing contract between an agency, care home or worker. We will publish material changes with an updated date and communicate changes affecting invited testers as appropriate.
